 After Hours Support

We are generally available evenings and weekends for limited situations.

Services we can provide after hours

* We try to answer the phone at least half the time, and try to call back within 2 hours if not able to answer it immediately.  This does not include hours that most people on the West Coast would be sleeping.
* We gladly answer new customer inquiries, demos, and purchases.
* Urgent usage questions limited to one question per phone call.
* Technical issues that are preventing use of the program entirely.

Services we cannot provide after hours

* Training or general help with using program features. These types of questions are best answered by reading the manual or calling during regular hours.
* Less urgent technical issues. As long as the program is working on at least one computer, then the technical issue is considered non-urgent.
* Requests for new features.
* We generally do not have access to a remote connection, so longer demos are much more effective during regular business hours.
