Appointment Rules  

In the Main Menu, click Setup | Appointment Rules.

The RCT rule shown above is a typical rule. As show, it will usually prevent an RCT from being double booked with any other appointment. It only considers Doctor time when blocking, so it might still allow overlap of about 20 minutes.
