Diseases 

In the Main Menu, select Setup | Diseases.

You can add, delete, and reorder diseases from here. Do not include any medications on this list, even if they are important. Medications have their own section, which will gradually be improved to allow marking some medications as more important than others. For example, Coumadin and Aspirin do not belong on the disease list. If a patient is already linked to a disease, you can safely hide the disease so that it won't show up for other patients. It will still continue to show for patients already using it.

To attach a disease to a patient, go to that patient's Medical page. Click Add Disease, or double click to edit a disease.

The fastest way to enter the disease for the patient is to double click on an item in the list. If you need to make a note about that disease, you need highlight the disease, enter the note, and then click the OK button.
