Emdeon E-Claims  

You can visit their website at www.emdeon.com/Dentists/dentists.php for more information about their services. If you want to start using Emdeon, then you have two choices:

$29.95 per month for unlimited e-claims. Fill out this form: Monthly Fee Registration Form

25 cents per claim. Fill out this form: Registration Form

STEP 1: Fill out one of the above forms and fax it to Emdeon at (404) 521-4600.

STEP 2: Call us at 1-877-686-1248 and we will provide you with a Login ID and a Password.

STEP 3: Download and install the Emdeon client program: Setup.exe on the computer where you will be sending claims from.

STEP 4: In Open Dental, set up the Emdeon Clearinghouse as follows:
