Check Ins Plan Fees  

This tool is accessed from the bottom of the Fee Schedules window

This tool helps you make sure that all your insurance plans have the correct fee schedule attached.  The four boxes at the right help you search for a plans with specific criteria.  Then, you highlight the plans you are interested in, and change their fee schedule by using the combo box and Change button at the bottom.  For example, if you have a special fee schedule that all Aetna plans should be on, then you would type "Aetna" in the Carrier Like box at the top.  If you see any Aetna plans in the list that do not have the Aetna fee schedule, then highlight them (holding down the Ctrl key), select Aetna from the combo box at the bottom, and click the Change button

If you then also want to make sure than no other plan was accidentally assigned an Aetna fee schedule, then type "Aetna" in the Carrier Not Like box, and select Aetna in the With Fee Schedule combo box.  The list should be empty, unless a fee schedule was assigned incorrectly.  You can use the Change button at the bottom to change those plans to the correct fee schedule.
