Imaging Setup 

In the Main Menu, select Setup | Imaging.

This allows you to set the compression for JPEG images when scanning into the Images module. If you find your images difficult to see even after zooming in, you could adjust the compression or dpi to achieve the best results with the smallest file size possible.   See the Imaging page for recommendations on scanners.

Pixel windowing is described on the Image Enhancing page, but it should be fairly intuitive even without reading that page.

The boxes at the bottom are for adjustments needed by the Suni sensors.  This section will get more complex as we begin to support more sensors.
