In the Main Menu, select Setup | Laboratories

Click Add or double click on an existing lab to edit.

Turnaround times may be set for each lab separately.

Use the turnaround times published by the lab to fill in the Days Published column.  The Actual Days column might be one or two days longer to account for travel time or padding time.  Adding, editing, and deleting turnaround times does not affect any existing lab cases, but only future lab cases.
