Popups 

In the main Toolbar, click Popups.

After you enter your note and click OK, the popup will be triggered every time you switch to this patient.  Moving between modules will not trigger the popup, but clicking on an appointment will.

When the message pops up, you would typically hit the Minutes button to disable for 10 minutes.
