Referral Slips

A referral slip is created from the Referrals window of an individual patient. Once created, it can be viewed at the bottom of the Account module and in the Chart module progress notes. Referral slips can be simultaneously emailed to patient and/or referral as a pdf.

Setup
A referral slip is a kind of Sheet.  Setup and customization are performed in the Sheet setup window.  A default referral slip is included with Open Dental.  It is simple text with no background.  But an unlimited number of custom referral slips can be scanned and setup by the user.  Each Referral source can be assigned their own referral slip.
