Daily Procedures Report  

In the Main Menu, click Reports, then Daily Procedures.

This is a report of all completed procedures. Since this is a daily report, you typically only run a single date, but you can also include as large of a date range as you wish. There are actually two different reports, depending on which Type you select. The first one looks like this:
