Outstanding Insurance Claims Report  

In the Main Menu, select Monthly Reports, click on Outstanding Insurance Claims. This will give you a report of insurance claims that have been sent, but not received. The first option is to select the number of days past due:

30 or 45 days is a good starting point, although your office might choose to base the report on a different number of days overdue. When you click OK, the report should look similar to the following:
