Procedures Not Billed to Insurance Report  

In the Main Menu, select Reports | Monthly | Procedures Not Billed to Ins. The first option is to select the date or date range:

When you click OK, the report comes up and looks similar to the following:

All procedures on this list should either be billed to insurance, or marked 'not covered by ins' in the procedure edit window.
