From the Main Menu, click Setup | Practice. The bank info should be filled out like this:

Bank Deposit Acct Number: Must be exactly 9 digits with no dashes. Dashes will be added as needed by the system. Hint: make sure not to leave a carriage return after the 9 digits.
Bank Routing: Must be exactly 6 digits with no spaces.
Bank Name and Address. Exactly as you want it to appear at the bottom of statements.
