Toolbar 

There is a common toolbar at the top of the program regardless of which Module you are in.

Select Patient: See Select Patient

Commlog: See Commlog.  A general purpose log of all patient communications.

E-mail: The main button will only be enabled if the current Patient has an email address entered.  Pushing the main button sends an E-mail to the current patient. The dropdown list lets you send e-mail to any Referral for the patient.

Letter: The main button creates a Simple Letter.  The dropdown list lets you create a Merge Letter or Stationery which launches a Word document.  You can set the default doc file in Setup Misc.  The dropdown list also lets you send a letter to any Referral source.

To Task List: Sends the current patient to a Task List of your choice.  But this only works if the task list is set ahead of time to be a Patient type.

Label: The main button creates a patient mailing Label.  The dropdown list includes other label formats, labels for insurance Carriers, and labels for Referrals.
