The cost for the software plus full telephone support is $149 per month with no upfront cost. The initial contract is for six months and includes a moneyback guarantee. After the first six months, most users remain on the support plan so that they can continue to receive new versions and telephone support. The monthly cost goes down to $99 per month after the first year of use.

If you only have a slow internet connection, and no way to get a faster connection, we can send you a CD by regular mail which will arrive in 1 to 3 days, depending on what part of the country you are in. If you need it faster, we can ship it FedEx overnight for an additional $15. FedEx shipments go out every day at 2:00 Pacific time.

Support hours are from 6am to 5:30pm Pacific time. We are also very available evenings and weekends, so don't hesitate to call.

Fees for Software, Support, and Training
"Full telephone support" does not include training, which is billed separately at $50 per hour.  New customers can get one hour of free training if needed.

Every new customer must sign the CDT Compliance form.
